Week 1 Newsletter
During the week after the official FIRST Robotics 2020 Season kicked off, all of our students couldn’t wait to prototype designs for various robot ideas that were discussed during intense student and mentor collaboration during the previous week’s team Kickoff event at the Macomb Intermediate School District. Students brainstormed a hopper, shooter, and climbing mechanisms. In addition to prototyping, our strategy team worked with our design and programming team and began evaluating the strategies introduced at our Kickoff event. Thanks to our generous sponsors at Home Depot and Lowes, our build team has also started assembling our practice field for the season. Good luck this season teams!
