

Week 3 Newsletter
To start off week three of the 2020 robotics season, our build and design teams have been working on prototyping the intake, making the game pieces out of wood, working on using the CNC router, as well as making a new cart for our robot. With that, our programming team has been working on the sub systems so they can run on a loop so the robot can actually move autonomously by working on the framework for those codes, while the electrical team planned out the electrical board

Last week was midterms week at the International Academy of Macomb, therefore, there were no meetings scheduled. On our team, academics are always the first priority. Our students from other schools however, stayed dedicated and continued to work during this time. #first #frc #buildseason

During the week after the official FIRST Robotics 2020 Season kicked off, all of our students couldn’t wait to prototype designs for various robot ideas that were discussed during intense student and mentor collaboration during the previous week’s team Kickoff event at the Macomb Intermediate School District.
